About This Event

On 18 November 2026, a Cyber Attack Table Top Exercise for Growing Businesses will be held at Santander Work Cafe in Oxford. Participants will test their response to a realistic cyber incident, guided by officers from the City of London Cyber Protect team. The event is free to attend.

Test your response to a realistic cyber incident and learn from City of London Cyber Protect officers.

As businesses grow, so does their cyber risk. Research from the UK Cyber Security Breaches Survey has consistently shown that larger and growing organisations are more likely to experience cyber incidents than smaller businesses, often because technology, processes and security controls do not always mature at the same pace as business growth.

To help businesses strengthen their resilience, Santander and Cyber Griffin invite you to take part in an interactive Cyber Table Top Exercise at the Oxford Work Café.

This engaging, award-winning exercise, delivered by the City of London Police's Cyber Griffin team, explores the decisions leaders and employees make when faced with a cyber security incident. Participants work through realistic scenarios involving cyber attacks, malware and wider security threats, experiencing first-hand how an incident can impact revenue, reputation and regulatory obligations.

Rather than a technical training session, this is a practical, business-focused exercise designed to encourage discussion, challenge assumptions and help organisations understand how prepared they really are to respond when an incident occurs.
