Oxford Brookes University is holding an exclusive one-day workshop for students on Wednesday 14 October 2026 led by expert coaches from GRIT, an organisation that supports university students to develop their mindset and their belief in themselves. The workshop is a valuable opportunity for you to accelerate your growth and development while at university. It has been carefully crafted to provide you with practical tools and strategies that will benefit you throughout your academic journey and into your future career. The workshop is fully funded by Brookes, making it completely free for you to attend.

We will provide lunch and refreshments on the day.

You will obtain a certificate of completion from GRIT.

Once signed up, you will be able to join our online sessions in advance of the workshop on:

24 September, 4.00pm to 5.00pm

30 September, 4.00pm to 5.00pm

And join one of two in-person ‘Piece of Cake’ events on the 7 October

Either 12 noon to 1.00pm

Or 3.00pm to 4.00pm
