Explore how AI is reshaping the workplace.
As artificial intelligence rapidly transforms decision-making across global industries, a critical question emerges: Who truly benefits from these technologies – and who gets left behind?
Join us for Kellogg College’s Black History Month Lecture featuring Landé Belo, one of the UK’s leading experts on employment law, equality, and organisational change. In her lecture, The Future isn't Neutral: race, fairness and equality in the age of AI, Landé will explore one of the defining issues of our time: how artificial intelligence is reshaping the workplace, who benefits from these technologies, and how we can ensure they advance equality rather than entrench existing biases. Drawing on her expertise in global employment law and AI regulation, she will examine the opportunities and risks of AI through the lens of race, fairness and inclusion.
