She is Founder and CEO, Delta Alpha Psi, a niche leadership and inclusion consultancy. Leadership shapes not only organisational performance, but also who has the opportunity to contribute, grow and lead. In this talk, Prof. Doyin Atewologun introduces the Cycle of Opportunity, an evidence-based framework that shows how everyday leadership decisions influence individual and organisational success.
