From strategy to execution: leadership in a volatile world

Drawing on three decades of leading Fortune 100 businesses across the United States, United Kingdom, Asia, Middle East and North Africa - including as CEO of PepsiCo’s Middle East operations - Aamer Sheikh shares a practical playbook for landing strategy in highly competitive categories amid geopolitical and economically uncertain environments. Rather than treating strategy as a linear plan, this fireside chat offers a leadership virtuous cycle, drawn from candid reflections on leading in some of the world’s most dynamic markets against aggressive global competitors. Aamer gives EMBA leaders an honest, experience-based perspective on making better strategic bets, learning from setbacks, and building resilient organizations with a winning mindset.
