Wellbeing, Resilience & Sustainable Organisations
Working to support people, communities and the environment can be hugely rewarding, but it can also bring significant pressures. With increasing demands on time, resources and capacity, finding ways to support our own wellbeing and build resilience is more important than ever.
This practical and reflective workshop offers an opportunity to step away from day-to-day demands, connect with others and explore approaches to wellbeing and resilience, both personally and within our organisations.
Together, we'll consider how we can look after ourselves and each other, respond to the challenges of our work and develop healthier, more sustainable ways of working.
The workshop will include opportunities for reflection, discussion and practical activities, with ideas and approaches you can take back into your own work and organisation.
Who is it for?
This workshop is part of NatureWorks, a programme supporting leaders, practitioners and community activists working across Oxfordshire's social and environmental justice sector.
Priority is given to those in leadership roles within environmental activism and the development of green spaces.
Places are available fully funded for eligible participants. Please visit the NatureWorks website for further information about the programme and eligibility and to book.
