The Wellbeing in Later Life event will be held at Restore in Oxford on 23 November 2026. The event will provide an opportunity for people to adapt to changes in their health, lifestyle and sense of identity.
at As we get older we often need to adjust to changes in our health, lifestyle and sense of identity. Adapting to change may feel challenging if we are already struggling with our wellbeing – or can mean we face mental health problems for the first time – but getting older can also bring new opportunities. This course will help us identify the life skills and resilience we have developed so far, and how we can use these to go forwards with hope and confidence. We explore common challenges of ageing, and share tips for positive wellbeing. This course is for anyone interested in learning more about wellbeing in later life, whatever their age. This course is followed by Let’s Talk Loneliness offering the opportunity to do both courses. Oxfordshire Recovery College 01865 779 613 View Organiser Website contactorc@restore.org.uk
