A weekend retreat woven in ceremony, ritual and shared connection

Rooted in ancient wisdom and ritual, guided by the elements, with connection to self, others and the earth at its core Earth & Ember is a return to the deep inner knowing that even in the most challenging of times, nature, community and collective intention and prayer hold the keys to supporting remembrance, awakening and illumination of the path forward.

Through the weaving of somatic practices and shamanic traditions, this immersive weekend retreat takes you on a journey through the elements, connecting you deeply with your own body and spirit before entering the womb of the earth for a powerful sweat lodge ceremony, concluding with a beautiful prayer fire and song circle.

Held by a team of six experienced, multidisciplinary facilitators you will be supported throughout every part of your journey, from the first point of connection through to post retreat integration.

What’s included: Opening Cacao Ceremony, Meditation, Movement, Vocal Activation, Connection Practices, Breathwork, Sound Bath, Sweat Lodge, Prayer Fire, Live Music & Song, Sharing Circles, Nature & Rest Time, Nutritious & Nourishing Meals.

Accommodation is shared in our open plan cosy woodland cabin, nestled amongst the pines and oaks or we have an option of a private studio for those seeking additional space and privacy.
