Many of the ways we relate to ourselves and others were shaped very early. This day explores those deeper roots.

About This Day

This full-day experience explores the patterns shaped by early relationships — through the body, not the mind.

Rather than analysing the past, the work happens directly through somatic release and breathwork — allowing stored emotion, tension and inherited patterns to move and reorganise.

Alongside the breathwork we work with shamanic drumming, tuning forks, bioresonance harmonisation, cacao, scent, subtle energy work and movement to support emotional processing and nervous system balance.

No breathwork experience needed. You are guided through everything. You remain in control throughout.

The Two Journeys

Journey One — Healing the Mother Wound

An extended, deeply immersive breathwork journey exploring inherited patterns, emotional imprinting, inner-child dynamics and generational conditioning. Allows suppressed grief, anger or tension to move through the body safely and consciously.

Journey Two — Down Regulation and Regeneration

A restorative breathwork journey to calm and stabilise the nervous system, allowing the body to integrate and settle after the deeper work of the morning.

Full day facilitation — 10am to 7pm

Two full 9D Breathwork journeys

Shamanic drumming, tuning forks and bioresonance harmonisation

Ceremonial cacao, movement and integration

Instructions

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts so you have time to get settled.

Most of the day will be held indoors. However, we may step outside briefly during the day.

You'll be lying down for the journey with headphones on.

Yoga mat

Blanket

Pillow or cushion

Water bottle

Eye mask (optional)

Wear comfortable clothing and avoid eating a heavy meal in the 2 hours before the session.
