About This Journey

The Inception is for anyone who feels stuck in an old cycle and is ready to move.

You'll be guided through breath, sound and voice coaching to bring awareness to what has been holding you back — release what is ready to move — and reconnect with what you want to call in.

This journey includes two strong emotional release points, followed by a grounded integration phase using forgiveness, gratitude and intention-setting.

No breathwork experience needed. You lie down with headphones on and are guided through the whole experience. You remain in control throughout.

Instructions

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts so you have time to get settled.

You'll be lying down for the journey with headphones on.

Wear comfortable clothing and avoid eating a heavy meal in the 2 hours before the session.
