If you are joining the bike rides...

Meet Jorja & Chris at Tickled Trout Cafe, Almondbank, 10am on Saturday

There will be time to chat and have a coffee, before heading out on our day ride.

There will be a bag drop service available, so you can drop off your overnight bag at the start. Parking is available nearby.

The Saturday ride will be around 30 miles of cycleways, quiet country lanes and gravel tracks.

We ride at a fairly relaxed pace and don't leave anyone behind. There will be stops along the way to chat, eat and take in the scenery.

Our routes are crafted with care to showcase landscapes and create a sense of flow, with opportunities to stop and enjoy our environment and the people we're with.

In the afternoon we will arrive at the lovely Morningside Farm, where we will be joined by those with Perthshire Mini Retreat tickets.

Enjoy some soup, tea and homemade snacks! There will be a tour of the farm followed by time to settle in, rest and set up camp.

We will head in to the Wild Hive Dome for a slow flow yoga class before dinner, to stretch out and unwind.

We will move gently with supportive props, before settling in to relaxation.

High quality yoga mats and props are provided at the venue, with expansive views out across the hills.

Dinner will be served in The Bothy

Two delicious options will be availble, prepared by Alyth Cyclery Cafe.

Let us know in advance, and we hope to accommodate dietary requirements (a vegan option will be available at each meal).

Spend the evening chilling by the fire pit, staying cosy in the Bothy, or playing board games in the Dome. There are options for cold water dipping, an outdoor bath, or beautiful evening walks nearby.

We will camp onsite at Morningside Farm.

A family-run smallholding nestled at the meeting point of moor, mountain and farmland in rural Perthshire.

Toilets and hot showers are available.

Roll into the Dome bright and early for breathwork and Vinyasa Yoga

Jorja will guide an energising morning practice, building gradually to start the day with intention and vitality. Combining dynamic movement, rhythmic breath and stillness, this practice will leave you feeling energised for the day ahead.

Movement variations will be offered, so that you can practice in a way that suits you.

Enjoy a buffet breakfast

Help yourself to delicious Wild Hearth pastries, overnight oats, fruit and crepes. There will then be time to relax and pack away camp.

Join our final outdoor creative movement practice, led by Jorja & Chris

This practice will combine functional movement, sensory exploration and creative play. Drawing on our experience in contemporary dance, functional movement and somatic practices, our creative sessions allow you to connect to your body, the landscape and each other.

You don't need any pervious experience to jump in - we will guide you through a series of movement tasks and pathways.

After creative movement we will say goodbye to Retreat Only participants, and set off by bike again.

Bag drop service will be availble to transport your overnight kit back.

The ride back to Tickled Trout will be a relaxed 15 mile roll back

We will enjoy the journey back with some lovely smooth descents, and a snack stop on route.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to message us on Instagram @detour_movementbybike or email jorja.follina@hotmail.com

We hope to see you there!
