About This Event

Family Dance Sessions will take place at the Four Greens Community Trust in Whitleigh, Plymouth, on 3 October 2026. This workshop offers fun and accessible dance and movement sessions for the whole family. Admission is free.

Join us for fun and accessible dance and movement sessions for the whole Family! Taking place at Whitleigh Four Greens Community Trust.

Saturdays from 10.30am-12.00pm

Bring the family, bring your moves! Barbican Theatre’s Family Dance Sessions at Whitleigh are a special chance for families to come together in a welcoming space, try out dance, share stories (and meals!), and make new friends.

Our sessions are led by our amazing dance facilitators, leading sessions for the whole family. These sessions are suitable for children aged 3+ and their families. Get moving, play games, learn new dances and have fun as a family in our inclusive sessions.

Sessions run from 10.30am-11.30am with a free snack* from 11.30am-12pm

(*Snacks include fruit, crisps, yoghurts etc- if you have any dietary requirements, please do let the facilitators or community centre staff know).
