Come along and make your own unique fused glass art. No previous experience required

In this fun fused glass taster session, you will use top-quality Bullseye glass to make a beautiful fused glass picture, coaster or wishstick.

Annette Daly, a professional glass maker and tutor will be on hand to help bring your ideas to life in glass. Although glass cutting is not required for this short session, you can have a go at this fun skill if you wish. There will be a wide selection of top-quality Bullseye glass and accessory glass for you to use, some of which is exclusive to Annette Daly Glass.

This course is suitable for both adults and children (from 5 years +) and no previous experience of glass is required. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. (Accompanying adults can either book their own space and make their own glass picture or come along for free and just supervise their child/children).

Your glass picture will be fired in a specialist glass kiln after the course and will be available to collect from Arthouse or my Plymouth studio two weeks or so later or it can be posted to you (postage costs are charged at cost).

The course will be run in a small group to ensure lots of individual attention and is subject to a minimum number of people attending. If less than the minimum number sign up to this workshop, you can transfer to another session or get a full refund.

Next steps – Annette runs longer and multi-part fused glass courses which will enable you to make larger and more complex pieces and to also learn more in-depth skills. She also runs Fused Glass jewellery courses which range from short tasters like this one up to a multi-part Foundation course run over 4 weeks.

Venue: The workshop will take place at Arthouse, South Brent which is based in a Victorian school building called South Brent Old School Centre, TQ10 9BP. Arthouse is the pink building on the left. There is limited free parking at Arthouse or lots of free parking at Station Road car park which is a 5 minute walk from Arthouse. Please arrive about10 minutes before the workshop is due to start.
