About This Event

Heritage open days at Lydford Gorge include a hike into the ravine to visit the Devil's Cauldron. Visitors can access a platform over the river in the deepest part of the gorge and view the tower. Tickets are free.

Hike down into the ravine for the Devil's Cauldron with its platform over the river in the deepest part of the gorge. Plus, head down to see the towering Whitelady Waterfall on a lovely walk through ancient woodland.

The Lyd Link path which connects the Devil's Cauldron and Waterfall trails will also be open. It's 1.25 miles and takes around 45 minutes one way with several long flights of steps and some narrow paths.

Friday 18 and Saturday 19 September, between 10am and 4.30pm. Free entry.
