We are getting together for an afternoon focused on the simple joy of handmade pasta and a good spritz. This is a low-key, hands-on session where we will practice rolling out fresh dough, shaping various cuts, and sharing a meal together once everything is ready. We will have all the tools and ingredients on hand, so you just need to bring yourself and an appetite for learning something new in the kitchen. This event is for anyone in the community who enjoys cooking or just wants to meet some new neighbors in a relaxed setting. You do not need to be an expert to join us; we are all just here to experiment and enjoy a drink while the pasta rests. If you have been looking for an excuse to get out of the house and pick up a new skill, we would love to have you join us at the table. Please let us know if you can make it by clicking the RSVP button so we can make sure we have enough flour and supplies for everyone.
