If you have ever been curious about the creative, tactical side of chess, join us for our next meetup in Plymouth. We are focusing this session on pawn pawn structures, specifically looking at how to use your pawns to control space and create traps that catch opponents off guard. We keep things relaxed and accessible, so there is no pressure to be a grandmaster; we are all here to learn and practice together. This event is perfect for newer players who want to move beyond just knowing how the pieces move and start thinking about long-term board control. Whether you have just started playing or have been dabbling for a few months, you will find a supportive group ready to share ideas and play a few friendly games. We have plenty of sets, but feel free to bring your own if you have a favorite. We would love to get an accurate head count for the room, so please take a moment to click the button and RSVP if you think you can make it. We look forward to seeing you there.
