TESTIMONIALS: What Previous Attendees Are Saying:
A heartfelt thank you to Wale for a hugely helpful, insightful and informative course. I was hoping for answers, clarity and hope and I struck gold. Louisa M. Student Counsellor
I really enjoy Wale's presentation and demeanour, he maintains the common touch but competently utilises and explains the neuroscience and subject matter proficiently with a clear intention to share knowledge - and not (as I've seen some tutors do) to congratulate themselves. Daniel S., Counsellor
Great course. It helped me understand how and why I may have felt about two traumatic experiences in my own life. Khalie B., Yoga Leader, Coach & Healer,
It was an amazing workshop jam-packed with information and a useful framework. Janine S
CPTSD is an area of particular interest for me. The training today has greatly increased my knowledge and the section that discussed the brain and neuroplasticity was fantastic. It has also confirmed what I already suspected that this is at the root of many clients’ issues and in fact everyone carries with them some trauma to varying degrees. The healing techniques from today can be applied when working with all clients. Really wonderful training from Wale as always. Patricia B., Psychotherapist
Brilliant delivery of the course in an easy to understand format. The workshop helped me to get a better understanding of the effect trauma can have on the brain and how to treat this. Amanda P. Trainee Counsellor
Very, very good, the lecturer’s delivery was wonderful, simultaneously calm and easy yet also highly informed and informative. Penelope J., Counsellor
There was so much useful information here and I’m glad I took the course. Would easily recommend to professionals and survivors alike as it is accessible but still pushes knowledge and understanding. Very clear and engaging, good pace and good sense of humour. Michelle J., Trainee Counsellor
"Today’s course “Treating Complex Post –Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD) was an in depth learning experience delivered in a friendly way. The A.S.I.E.C.C framework for healing and practical tips included were so helpful for anyone working with patients or in a caring environment or anyone wanting to understand their own personal journey to recovery from trauma." Gretsky C., Dental Hygienist and Sports Massage Therapist
"Loved it! This is my second MindBody Breakthrough event. Wale is a great speaker who makes you feel welcome. His knowledge and experience is second to none and I look forward to
