This workshop is available only for those living or working within the Plymouth community.
This workshop is face to face
This 90‑minute workshop will take you back to the basics of planning healthy, balanced meals. We’ll look at simple ways to make meal planning easier and talk about the everyday challenges that routines, time, and budgets can bring.
In this session, we will:
- Explore what makes a healthy, realistic meal plan
- Share ideas for saving time and reducing stress
- Talk through common challenges and how to deal with them
- Start building a plan you can take away and use at home
This workshop is a supportive space to learn new tips, get fresh ideas, and feel more confident about planning and preparing meals that work for you.

If you need to cancel you place on a session, you can do this through your Eventbrite account, or calling us on 01752 437177. We ask that you give as much notice as possible.
