About This Event

The Creekmoor Community Centre in Poole will host a Hatha Yoga Flow session on 25 August 2026, featuring instruction for both beginner and advanced practitioners. Various performers will lead classes focused on breath-based movement with an emphasis on personal learning during the practice. Attendees can access the event for £8.50 at the Creekmoor Community Centre.

Hatha Breath Based Yoga Flow for beginner to advanced Yogis

Welcome along to my new Traditional Hatha breath based yoga flow hour class. Hatha yoga combines the breath with the movement.

Starting the session with grounding & breathwork leading to a beautiful yoga flow which combines standing and seated poses finishing with a relaxing meditation, suitable for all yogis

Just bring your mat, water ,blanket & a yoga block if you use one.

Classes are weekly

Tuesday 9.30-10.30am

Thursday 7-8pm

Saturday 9am -10am

£8 .50 per class
