✨ This is a women-only sound bath, intentionally created as a safe, nurturing space for women to rest deeply, soften, and return to themself

🌙Women’s Sound Bath – A Calm Queen Sanctuary🌙

Allow yourself to drift into deep relaxation as soothing sound vibrations guide you to stillness. This immersive session combines crystal bowls and gentle instruments to quiet the mind, release tension, and restore inner harmony.

All you need to do is lie back, breathe, and receive. The sound waves do the rest—helping you reconnect with peace, balance, and calm.

✨ Please bring: a blanket, and a cushion for your head. Wear cosy, warm clothing so you can fully relax.

Please note:

This session is held as a women-only space.

Thank you for honouring the intention and energy of the sanctuary.
