About This Event

Connection Through Community Join a supportive group of men for breathwork and cold water dipping every Sunday, rain or shine , every week of the year unless otherwise stated on socials. The group is run entirely by volunteers. Take part in many different types of leisure activities such as yoga, sound baths, volleyball, paddleboarding, hillwalking,climbing to name but a few. Each leisure event is organised to keep cost as low as possible or 'FREE' to improve mental wellbeing, build resilience and connect with others.
