The session will be run by Claire who is a naturopath whose bio you can read below

I help individuals with chronic health conditions feel better and work towards their health goals, whether that be reducing or eliminating medication, loosing weight or generally having more energy to do the things they want in life. Everyone is individual and therefore every health and wellbeing consultation is bespoke. Deep healing involves building nutritional foundations, supporting detoxification processes within the body and reducing toxins generally in day to day life. Using nutrition, naturopathy and plant medicine, my clients empower themselves on a daily basis. Working 1:1 with someone who is ready to change their lifestyle and diet in order to feel better and reduce both physical and mental symptoms is my passion. And, witnessing the profound changes a person can make is an absolute privilege. Alongside working 1:1 with people, I deliver community 'Nutrition and Well-being' workshops and confidently use certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils to support wellbeing. I live and breath my work in nutrition and well-being and very much encourage everyone to empower themselves to create the life they want to live.
