About This Event

Join us for a laidback 2-hour life drawing session open to all, whether you’re a regular sketcher or picking up a pencil for the first time. We welcome beginners! In these sessions, we’ll be observing and drawing both male and female nude models. You can expect… An untutored session but help and advice is available if you’d like a little guidance. A mix of short and long poses, with a 15-minute break to pause, chat, and refresh. Bring your own materials, if you can, there’s a sink in the room for water-based media – painters welcome! If you don’t have your own materials, we’ll have basic supplies available for a small donation. Boards and tables are available to lean on, easels are not provided. We are operating a pay what you can pricing system for this event. Suggested prices are to help support the session. Otherwise, the door to The Studio will be locked from this time and you’ll need to join in the break at 2pm instead.
