We understand that accessing the outdoors can feel difficult when living with conditions such as ME/CFS, Long COVID, Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and other energy-limiting illnesses. That’s why our sessions are designed with flexibility, understanding and accessibility in mind.
Whether you feel able to walk a short distance, or would prefer to sit and enjoy nature at your own pace, you will be warmly welcomed.
The sessions are run by Brain Health Breakthrough CIC, a not-for-profit organisation supporting people with chronic energy-limiting conditions since July 2020. Our staff and facilitators have lived experience of energy-limiting disabilities, so we understand how these conditions can affect everyday life.
