A deeply relaxing woodland sound journey held in hammocks beneath the canopy. Let the forest hold you. Join Lucy, Janet and Aaron deep amongst the trees for a deeply restorative sound journey, experienced while you are gently suspended in a hammock beneath the woodland canopy. Surrounded by birdsong, rustling leaves and the natural rhythm of the forest, you’ll be immersed in crystal singing bowls, gongs, drum and Native American flute. There is something uniquely calming about being held by a hammock while the trees move above you and sound travels through the woodland. This is your invitation to switch off, reconnect with nature and simply float, listen and be. WHAT’S INCLUDED • Your own hammock beneath the woodland canopy • A guided woodland sound journey • Crystal singing bowls, gongs, drum and Native American flute • Two unhurried hours to rest, receive and reconnect WHO IT’S FOR Anyone drawn to a quiet, nature-led sound experience. No previous sound-bath experience is needed.
