Join Danielle for a two hour Cacao and Sound Bath Journey, a soothing yet transformative journey where new insights can gently awaken.

The moment you arrive, the outside world is left at the door. As you settle into your space, you will be offered a cup of 100% pure ceremonial-grade Cacao, rich, velvety, and made from the whole bean. This sacred drink is known for opening the heart, deepening connection and supporting both personal and spiritual growth.

A guided meditation and the grounding beat of the drum help the Cacao’s warmth flow through you. Then, as you lie back, waves of gong vibrations wrap around you, releasing tension, quieting the mind and inviting you into deep rest and renewal.

What to Know: Everything is provided for you. You may wish to bring your own water bottle. Please arrive a few minutes early and wear comfortable clothing suitable for sitting and laying down on the floor.

Cacao contains theobromine, which can raise heart rate and blood pressure, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a heart condition, take antidepressants, or are caffeine-sensitive a smaller serving or non-Cacao alternative will be offered so you can fully enjoy the experience.
