What Happens During a Session?

Every experience is different.

Some people experience spontaneous body movements, laughter, tears, emotional release, feelings of energy moving through the body, deep insights, or moments of clarity. Others simply feel lighter, calmer, or more connected afterwards.

There is nothing you need to do. You lie down, listen to the music, and allow yourself to be open to the experience.
