Do you need to open your heart and remember your purpose? The warm cacao meditation helps soften the walls you’ve had to build up just to get through the week, allowing you to breathe a little deeper.

Do you need to clear out the heavy, stuck energy? As you lie back, the deep portal gongs and resonant crystal bowls take over. Alongside etheric nature sounds, these powerful vibrations wash through you—acting like a sonic massage that untangles physical tension and releases the emotional weight you’ve been carrying.

To ensure a deeply personal and immersive experience, we are offering 5 spaces, a small-group immersion designed for those seeking a more tailored sonic journey.

We begin with an opening circle & Cacao before starting with some guided breathwork to help you fully connect within and release, we then begin the deeply transformative soundscapes journey.

The experience takes place in a calming, softly lit space. The goal is to create a sanctuary where participants feel grounded, safe, and relaxed.

Soft sounds of nature — such as flowing water, wind in the trees, gentle rain, or birdsong — are played to help people connect to the Earth and drop into a meditative state. before introducing the deeper sounds of nature.

Cacao Ceremony

Before the sound journey begins, participants drink ceremonial cacao, a pure form of cacao (not sweetened chocolate) used for centuries in indigenous rituals.

Cacao’s effects: It contains theobromine, magnesium, and serotonin precursors, which gently open the heart, increase blood flow, and enhance mood and focus.

Spiritual aspect: It’s often called a heart medicine — encouraging emotional release, self-love, and deeper connection with others and the present moment.

Intention setting: Participants may set a personal intention before drinking cacao — for healing, clarity, gratitude, or creativity.

Gong Soundscape

Once the cacao begins to take effect, the gong journey starts. A skilled sound facilitator plays a range of gongs, often combined with singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments.

The soundscape is designed to immerse participants in layers of vibration and resonance:

Deep gongs create powerful waves that can be felt through the body.

Higher tones from chimes or bowls provide light, ethereal textures.

Nature sounds (real or recorded) weave through, grounding the listener in a sense of harmony with the Earth.

Because gongs produce complex, shifting overtones, the brain can’t easily predict or analyze the sounds — leading to entrainment, where brainwaves slow down into meditative or dreamlike states (theta and delta frequencies).

Meditative Journey

Participants lie down or sit comfortably, allowing the sounds to “wash over” them.

As the session unfolds:

The vibrations relax the nervous system.

The cacao enhances emotional openness.

The nature sounds deepen the sense of connection and calm.

Many people experience visions, emotional release, or deep rest — similar to a lucid dream or sound-induced trance. Others simply feel peaceful and rejuvenated.
