A day retreat to release burnout through somatic yoga, breathwork, soundbath and self-discovery journaling. A full day of rest, in Reading.

Overview

Saturday 28 November 2026, 11am to 4pm at Farley Hall Equestrian Centre, Rowes Farm, Reading, Berkshire.

This is a day to put yourself down, no packing required.

We'll start with a strong Somatic Vinyasa practice to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body, then gradually turn the volume down through breathwork, journalling, Yin and restorative yoga, a sound bath, and a closing meditation.

It's a day built for women who love to move but also know when they need to slow down, and woven through all of it is real connection.

Time to chat, laugh, and be around women who get the juggle of daily life.

Venue

Farley Hall Equestrian Centre at Rowes Farm is a tranquil, easy-to-reach venue just outside Reading, with on-site parking so there's no stress getting there.

Good to know

This day retreat is a gentle first step if you're curious about Oh So Yoga but not ready to commit to a retreat abroad. Same warmth, same honest conversation, just one Saturday. Coming with a friend? Some of our favourite days have been two friends who booked on a whim, and group bookings are welcome.
