A get together for all those who love to cook, eat and talk all things food

You're invited to join West Reading Cookbook Club. All cooking abilities and appetites are welcome.

We'll be cooking from 'The Veggie Chinese Takeaway Cookbook' by Kwoklyn Wan.

About the book: Kwoklyn Wan has spent his life cooking in Chinese restaurants and knows how to make your home recipes taste just like the takeaway. Chinese food is ideal for a veggie diet as it makes the most of fresh vegetables and meat substitutes, and uses very little dairy - but at the same time packs fantastic flavour into everything.

Once you book your ticket, you'll receive an email with joining details and access to the recipes. From there, you will choose what you want to cook to bring along on the night. Please note, that we will not be cooking together on the night. You need to cook your dish at home and bring it along.
