As always with Zoe and Hugh this will be a day full of wonderful surprises; guaranteed lots of Yoga and one of Hugh's legendary magic tales. Come prepared to have a day full of joy plus a great workout to improve your strength and flexiblity! Peak posture to be revealed on the day!! Although its listed as part V - you don't need to have done part 1-4 to attend - its accessible to everyone. This is part V of our well established ' Dinner before Dessert' January Yoga day - with Zoe, a Diploma Course Tutor and Hugh a BWY Teacher. The morning session is delivered in Zoe's clear, detailed, precise and accessible style of teaching and the afternoon session after lunch allows Hugh to entertain us with one of his original tales from the Yoga cannon finishing of the latter part of the day with some more yoga.
