Kate will be reading Vlad and the Stone Age, while Sam will show you how to recreate characters from his wonderful hand-drawn illustrations.
11,300 years ago, Mesolithic people cast deer masks into the lake at Star Carr, near Scarborough. Thousands of years later, archaeologists discovered them and these remarkable masks inspired the latest Vlad Flea adventure.
Meet Vlad Flea, Clum the wolf and a Stone Age family and discover their lives, adventures, celebrations and the dangers they faced in the Middle Stone Age.
