1pm - 3pm Beginner Session. These sessions will encourage the local community to build confidence and skills with BMX cycling.

1pm - 3pm BMX Beginner Sessions

Beginner level: Currently cannot pedal unsupported or ride a bike standing up

Access Sport will lead this session to support both boys and girls at beginner level with practical tips for riding on a pump track and learning new skills. We will provide bikes of different sizes for this session, as well as safety equiptment such as helmets, knee pads and elbow pads. Feel free to bring your own bike if you have - we will carry out saftey checks to ensure it is suitable for the session.
