11:45am - 12:45pm BMX Women & Girls Session. These sessions will encourage riders at all levels to gain more confidence and skills with BMX.

11:45am - 12:45pm BMX Women & Girl Session

Access Sport will lead this session to support women and girl's of mixed abilities to gain more confidence with riding on a pump track and learning new skills. We will provide bikes of different sizes for this session, as well as safety quiptment such as helmets, knee pads and elbow pads. Feel free to bring your own bike if you have - we will carry out saftey checks to ensure it is suitable for the session.

Mums / guardians are more than welcome to join in!
