An interactive, peer-led in-person session for women at all career stages to explore psychological safety and leave with one action for work

Beyond the Buzzword: Psychological Safety in Practice is an in-person, interactive session for women at all career stages, focused on practical leadership learning and genuine connection.

Join us as we celebrate SWLC's second anniversary with a warm, practical and jargon-free peer-led session. We'll explore what psychological safety really means (and what it doesn't), why it matters, and how each of us can help create it in our teams, organisations and communities, whether or not we have a formal leadership title.

What to expect:

A short goal check-in to open the evening

Group discussion and paired work, drawing on real experiences

A closing goal-setting segment, so you leave with one action to take back to work

Please note: we're meeting on a Monday this time, not our usual Thursday, following our recent member poll.
