Baked scallop with lime, chilli ,sesame and spring onion

Bread

Spital Hill naan bread with cumin, mustard seed and confit garlic butter, gruyere cheese

Pork

Pork cheek, cauliflower, vadouvan curry sauce

Monkfish

Panko crumbed monkfish, south Indian dhal, samphire

Mutton

Mutton chop, Moroccan spices, spinach, carrot puree, mint, potato terrine

Strawberry
