Each course is thoughtfully paired with wine by Andy, The Northern Wine Guy - a published wine writer who ranks among the top 500 globally for wine qualifications - bringing expert knowledge and a carefully considered pairing to every plate.

Tickets & Cancellations

Tickets are sold specifically for this limted-capacity event and are non-refundable once booked, except if the event is cancelled by Guyshi. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible and we will always try to help where we can.

Communal Dining

Dining at Guyshi has always been about bringing people together. Inspired by the sociable, family-style nature of Japanese dining, this experience has been designed to feel welcoming, interactive and communal.

Due to the intimate size and capacity of the restaurant, parties may be seated at a shared table with other guests during the evening. We think this adds to the atmosphere and spirit of the Guyshi experience, but completely understand that it may not suit everyone.

If you would prefer not to share a table, please let us know when booking and we will do our very best to accommodate your request, although separate tables cannot be guaranteed.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Please make us aware of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. As this is a specially created tasting menu, the courses cannot be adapted.

Wine Pairing

The ticket price includes the five advertised wine pairings. Guests consuming alcohol must be 18 or over, and valid ID may be requested in accordance with our Challenge 25 policy.

Menu & Pairings

As this is a specially curated tasting experience, dishes, ingredients and wine pairings may occasionally be subject to change due to availability. Where this happens, an appropriate alternative of a similar quality will be provided.

Arrival

Please arrive promptly for the advertised start time. Courses will be served progressively throughout the evening, so late arrival may mean we are unable to recreate courses or wine pairings that have already been served.
