2–4 Years – Little Explorers
A gentle, playful introduction to yoga through storytelling, animal adventures and sensory movement. Children will crawl, stretch, hop and wiggle their way through nature-inspired stories before enjoying simple, creative crafts. A fun, relaxed space for little ones to explore movement with a grown-up by their side.
Week 1 – Woodland Friends
Meet the woodland animals who live in the forest
Week 2 – Minibeast Garden
Shrinking down into the garden to meet tiny creatures
Week 3 – The Flower Meadow
Growing like flowers in a sunny meadow
Week 4 – Duck Pond Adventure

Week 5 – Bear Hunt Adventure
Going on a gentle bear hunt through nature
