The Stress Less Club: Sunset Yoga & Pizza

An evening of slowing down, moving your body and good food.

We’ll begin with an outdoor yoga class as the sun sets over the beautiful countryside views at Heathy Lea, Chatsworth Park.

The class will focus on moving with the breath, releasing tension and calming the nervous system, leaving you feeling relaxed, grounded and ready to enjoy the evening. No previous yoga experience is needed.

After yoga, enjoy a pizza and drink from Charlottes of Baslow while you unwind, soak up the surroundings and have a yap.

Whether you come on your own or with a friend, you’ll be warmly welcomed. Our events are all about creating space to slow down, stress less, connect with like-minded women and create a little more balance in your everyday life.

A drink of your choice from Charlottes of Baslow menu, whether you fancy a matcha, coffee, soft drink or something stronger!
