Join Christina for the Autumn Equinox and September Full Moon with a sound immersion to guide you inwards as we find the harmony between light and dark, and celebrate the balance of opposites

Mabon sits at the balance point of the Wheel of the Year, where light and dark stand equal before the darker half of the year begins. It is a moment for gratitude, reflection and finding equilibrium as the seasons shift inward.

Sound therapy has been used as a healing tool for thousands of years. It aids stress reduction by breaking up emotional blockages within the body and eases you into a state of meditation.

Christina's soundscapes create a progressive journey to allow for energetic shifts and offer you a deeper sense of calm. Using breathwork, gongs, singing bowls, vocal and percussion, the frequencies promote healing throughout the entire body and mind.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring blankets, water and a yoga mat. You will be laid down for the majority of the session.

This session is held in the beautiful Highfield Trinity Church. There is free parking on the surrounding roads outside. Please arrive 10 minutes early to find your spot and get comfy.
