Negotiation is a word that makes a lot of us want to lie down. So this month we're approaching it as steering rather than battling.

This session is about asking for the things that genuinely change your working life — workload, hours, scope, recognition — without turning yourself into someone you're not. We'll look at how to frame the ask, how to hold your position when it's tested, and what to do when the answer is "not right now".

Bring a real situation you're sitting on. You'll leave with something you can actually say.
