Help Shape What Comes Next
Over the last six months, we've heard incredible ideas, identified local strengths and built new relationships across our neighbourhoods. As we move into the next stage of the programme, we're creating Neighbourhood Co-Design Spaces to ensure that local people, organisations and communities play a central role in shaping what comes next.
These spaces are for residents, community groups, voluntary organisations, local businesses, services and partners who care about their neighbourhood and want to help create positive change.
What is a Neighbourhood Co-Design Space?
A welcoming and informal space where people can:
Share local insight and lived experience
Explore opportunities, ideas and challenges
Connect with others who are active in the community
Identify shared priorities for the neighbourhood
Influence future activity, investment and opportunities
Help shape the future of the area
These are not steering groups for a programme. They are neighbourhood spaces designed to support communities in shaping their own future.
Who Should Atttend
Local residents
Community and voluntary groups
Faith organisations
Sports clubs and physical activity providers
Schools and education partners
Health and wellbeing organisations
Businesses and employers
Anyone with a passion for improving their neighbourhood
Whether you're already active in the community or simply interested in getting involved, your voice matters.
Why Get Involved?
This is an opportunity to build relationships, share ideas, influence local decisions and help create lasting change in your neighbourhood. Together, we can build on existing strengths, create new opportunities and ensure communities are at the heart of shaping their future.
If you're unable to attend, please feel free to share this event with colleagues, residents, community groups or organisations who may be interested in joining the conversation.
