Always wanted to try aikido? Look no more! This is a taster aikido session for women and teenage girls (13+) only!

The session will be led by female instructors Céline and Ying.

We welcome people who define as female - whether you are a mum/aunty, daughter/niece, a college or university student etc.

You just need to be over 13 and have the agreement of your parent / carer if under 18.

You also need to be in reasonable good health - check with your GP if unsure.

We will meet at 9am to start 9.15am after welcoming you to our Japanese style dojo.

We will finish at 10.30am.

This first session is FREE so bring your best friend, your big sister, your mum, daughter, auntie or niece!
