A restorative nourishing circle, connecting to the season. A space to share & listen, with guided movement, meditation and journaling.
We start with a short guided meditation to allow ourselves to settle into the space. Sharing is gently held; we start by sharing in pairs, before we share with the group. There is also guided movement, prompted journaling, an option to use an oracle card – and always time to chat over a cuppa.
In this November Circle we will refelct on the shorter days, and how we notice that nature is slowing down. We will ask how can we live in harmony with the slowenss of this season?
