Choosing the right business structure affects how much tax you pay, raising funds, how much paperwork is needed etc. So, choosing the right balance of legal protections and benefits is key.

A: Yes, it is free for people looking to start a business and SMEs based in the Shropshire Council area (excluding Telford & Wrekin)

Q2: What if I register and can't attend.

A: If you are unable to attend, we kindly request 72 hours' notice. Please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite to allow others to take your place.

Q3: What if I am based outside of Shropshire council area and want to attend?

A: This event is fully funded and free to businesses based in the Shropshire Council area only (excluding Telford and Wrekin)

Please note bookings from outside of this area cannot be accepted and will automatically be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

Q5 . Is there parking at the venue?

A: Parking is available in Frankwell Car Park next to the venue.

Q6: Is lunch included?

A: Tea, coffee, and biscuits will be available all day. Lunch is not included, but you are welcome to bring a packed lunch. The Guildhall is within walking distance of Shrewsbury Town Centre.

• Parking: Frankwell Car Park – next to the venue

• Entrance: Please enter through the main entrance located at the front of the building

Please arrive at the Guildhall between 9.15am and 9.25am. Upon arrival, please confirm that you are attending the Shropshire Growth Hub Start-up Workshop and you have been asked to wait in reception for Anna Sadler or Ruth Westwood to collect you.
