63 new Extra Care Apartments for Over 55's - join us to find out more about what will be on offer at Woolford Place. Refreshments provided. Do you support or provide a service to older people in the local area? Do you have clients or customers that might benefit from Extra Care Housing? We'd like to invite you and your colleagues to join Preferred Homes for a briefing event about the 63 new Extra Care Apartments we are developing in Shrewsbury - available from Spring 2027. We will share details about the scheme and what will be on offer as well as information about the referrals process for your clients and contacts. We will be joined by our Housing Management Provider, Pinnacle and our Care Provider, Radis who will share more information about their role in supporting the new residents of Gilbert House.
