Kundalini Activation is a facilitated transmission designed to move stored trauma, stress and stagnant energy through your body, safely, without force. Not guided meditation. Not breathwork alone. This is real, embodied energetic release, held in a room full of people doing the same deep work alongside you.

And to be completely transparent, I'm also an intuitive Astrologer so each session will have a little bit of Astrological Insights thrown in there as well - this time, we'll lean into the Virgo New Moon energies.

Why We Meet

Life is heavy so much of the time & it can be so easy to not realise how much we are gathering & carrying. So we come together every othe Sunday morning to rest, reconnect & release. And just fyi, Kundalini doesn't care what you planned to feel. We can set an intention going in, but whether she listens is a different story entirely - she will give you exactly what you need in that moment, not what you asked for.

That's the whole point. This isn't performance, and it isn't control. It's surrender.

Who This Is For

Open to all!! This is for anyone ready to release what's been held in the nervous system potentially for years - anxiety, grief, anger, disconnection - and reconnect with their own life force energy.

You don't need experience. You don't need to know what Kundalini is before you walk in. You just need to be willing to lie down, trust the innate wisdom of your body & let something move.

How It Works

A held container, start to finish:

🖤 Welcome - settle in, get comfy, herbal tea in hand

🖤 Orientation - what Kundalini is, what the transmission entails, what you might experience

🖤 Astrological insight - a little cosmic context to help you set an intention (she may have other plans)

🖤 Nervous system regulation - lying down, coming into the body

🖤 Brief meditation - settling even deeper before the transmission begins

🖤 The transmission - one hour, loud music, your own sensory bubble, held space to let go completely

🖤 The Share - coming back together, witnessed by the room to begin the integration process

Why It Matters

Group activations offer something 1:1 sessions can't - the collective charge of a room full of people releasing at the same time. You're not alone in it. You're held by the facilitation, and by everyone around you doing the same work.
