Join us for a deeply relaxing combination of therapeutic sound and Reiki, coming together in one nurturing session designed to encourage rest, calm and relaxation.

Step into a sound bath experience where you'll be surrounded by soothing sounds from various instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes.

🎶 Sound Therapy with Sarah – Blue Fern Wellness

Sarah, a qualified and experienced professional Sound Therapist, will create an immersive sound journey using singing bowls, gong, chimes and other therapeutic instruments.

✨ Reiki with Amanda – Level 2 Reiki Practitioner

While you relax, Amanda will move gently around the room offering Reiki individually to each person. Reiki is a Japanese practice in which the practitioner places their hands lightly on, or just above, the body. There is no massage or manipulation, and you remain fully clothed throughout.

You can simply lie back, close your eyes and receive the Reiki while surrounded by the sounds and vibrations of the instruments.

No previous experience of Sound Therapy or Reiki is needed.

Most participants choose to enjoy a sound bath lying down in a comfortable position, but you are also welcome to enjoy the experience seated if preferred. A mat, cushions and blankets are provided but please bring any extra items you require to feel extra warm and cosy.

Following your experience you are welcome to relax and enjoy a herbal tea. Also included is a small gift of appreciation to thank you for joining me on this sound journey.

Wenlock Wellness Space is a wonderful, unique venue in the heart of beautiful Much Wenlock. On Street parking is available outside or near by in Shropshire Council Car Parks:

IMPORTANT:

Sound Baths are considered a low risk holistic therapy, however, it is recommended that you do not attendend a sound bath if:

You have a severe mental health issue or suffer from serious heart conditions

You are in the first trimester of your pregnancy

You are less than 13 years old

You have a pacemaker

You suffer from sound induced epilepsy
