This Be Well Club wellness session will include:

Hatha Yoga ~ suitable for all abilities

Breathwork and meditation ~ a brief session to further unwind

Gratitude journalling ~ guiding the mind and unlocking greater wellbeing

An introduction to affirmations ~ leaning into and harnessisng the power of our words

An introduction to gut health and nutrition ~ as wellbeing tools for our body and mind and as a means to sustainable health-focused weight loss and management

Engage, learn, and connect with like-minded people in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Price - pay what you can - to cover the Centre’s cost (suggested £5 donation per person, payable direct to the Centre on the day)

Ample parking in the adjoining Abbey Foregate pay and display carpark.
