We normally run this course in January, but many people every year take part in ‘Veganuary’ where they attempt to go vegan for the month of January. It started in 2014 with 3,000 people signing up and last year nearly half a million gave it a go!

Even if you don’t want to commit, you can still enjoy a great day of cooking loads of delicious and easy vegan recipes and we cover a lot of healthy salads, different ways of making tofu interesting, sushi, wraps and a host of other lovely things that are generally good for you! As usual, the day runs from 10 am to 4 pm and everyone gets to cook, taste and take home lots of different dishes and a hand-out of all the recipes too. Then you will be ready to eat healthily as soon as the festive season is over!
